Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
You must contact us in order to arrange a return
To return an item, please fill in the contact form below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to given address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your account has been credited.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised Gifts.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
On delivery of your product please inspect the goods for damage if the package has visible damage please sign for as damaged  and notify us within 2 days of delivery of any damage.
Please send photo evidence of damage we need this to process exchange or refund.
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive please do get in touch damaged items need to be reported within 2 days of receiving them in order for us to make a claim for the damages and to refund or exchange your item.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

All return cost are to be met by you unless the item arrived damaged.
Items received that are incorrect must not have the packing opened or tampered, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging which are opened by the customer cannot then be returned for an exchange as they have been accepted by the customer.
If an item is returned and found not to be faulty. Your postage will need to be paid to return the item if requested. or we reserve the right dispose of the unwanted return
