Delivery Information

  • All items unless stated otherwise are delivered via recorded or tracked delivery.
  • Delivery is a flat cost regardless of your order size.
  • All items are sent via a reliable courier service or Royal Mail.
  • Items may arrive separately if you order multiple items due to warehouse locations.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days, standard delivery usually takes between 1-3 days from dispatch for UK Delivery’s however due to reasons out of our control such as adverse weather please allow 10 days for the delivery from receiving your dispatch notification.
We mark items as dispatched as soon as they have been processed for delivery at one of our warehouses at which point the order is now out of our control in regards to making any alterations,
So please make sure you select the correct colour and sizes and provide the correct delivery address.

You will be charge separate postage rates for items coming from different locations/or on different services.

Example you purchase an item with free delivery at the same time as an item with delivery at £4.99. Your items will be dispatched separately and you will be charged £4.99 for your complete order. Totals can be calculated at checkout.

Overseas postage as I’m sure you appreciate is quite a bit more expensive, however as with UK deliveries we are in constant negotiations for the absolute best price on top international services. This means we are currently able to charge just £9.99 for tracked delivery anywhere in the world regardless of your order size.

Shipping Times

These shipping times are our current average, many times items arrive before they should, however in a couple of cases they can be a little late (customs hold ups, xmas post etc.)

Unfortunately due to our service agreements with Royal Mail, we have to wait longer to declare items as missing both within the UK and Internationally. UK deliveries we now have to wait 10 days from dispatch, and International deliveries we have to wait 28 days for Europe, and 28 days for Rest of World. .

Please note, we use First Class services within the UK, and many items can arrive extremely quickly (often 1-2 working days) however we have to advise that items can take their working day periods as stated in the average delivery time above.
