Do you post international?
Yes we post all items to anywhere in the world and all orders are sent via a secure delivery service with tracking.
Can I post to a different address to my billing address?
Sure, Just enter the shipping address in the shipping address section of checkout. If you would like to order more than one item to multiple address’s you would need to make separate orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal, You can also make payment with your PayPal account.
How long do orders take to process?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days however during peak seasons such as Christmas we can have delays however we will try highlight any problems as soon as possible and contact you at the earliest opportunity if delays are expected. If your order is received after 7PM the order will not start processing until the following working day.
How long will my order take to arrive.
After processing standard delivery usually takes between 1-3 days from dispatch for UK Delivery’s however due to reasons out of our control such as adverse weather please allow 10 working days for the delivery from receiving your dispatch notification for UK delivery, and 28 working days for international. If your item does not arrive in this time we can issue a replacement or refund.
It’s my child’s Birthday in 2 days time can I get my order faster?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days all orders are dispatched in order of being received unfortunately special occasions don’t have an exception to these time so we urge you to take the delivery times and processing time into consideration when buying as a gift, although we are sure the item is worth the wait!
How do I order the correct size?
Finding your size from the “half-chest” or “across-chest” measurement
Take a favourite-fitting garment, lay it flat, and measure across the front as described above(~1cm below the armpit). Match this measurement to the “half-chest” or “across-chest” measurement for the garment you’re interested in (on the product detail page). For pre-shrunk cotton rich garments, allow 1-3% for further shrinkage. For cotton-rich and 100% cotton garments that are not pre-shrunk, allow 5-7% extra in the width for future shrinkage. This is especially important to consider for growing children. To minimise natural shrinkage, follow the care instructions on each garment carefully.
What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived as expected?

How do I track my order?

You can find your tracking number on your order page, dispatch email, or eBay order form. If you cannot locate your tracking number please contact us.
The tracking status shows pending?
From our experience Royal Mail have yet to make an attempt at delivering your item.
However since we have the tracking number there is nothing to worry about it should update shortly,
Royal Mail will only update tracking on a successful delivery or failed delivery attempt.
With the tracking number we can see if the item is still in the system.
We are unable to class any item as lost until 10 working days have past for UK delivery and 28 Working Days for Everywhere else.
At which point if the item still does not arrive we can issue a replacement or refund.
The tracking says I missed my delivery? / The tracking shows the item is at the post office?
Please contact your local sorting office to arrange recollection the postman should leave a card with contact details please contact Royal Mail or your countries local postal service to arrange redelivery or collection. Normally 3 attempts will be made for delivery before and item is returned to us, If an item is returned undelivered you will need to pay the postage again to arrange another delivery, So please try arrange redelivery for a time convenient to you.
